2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using military-drone.eu, submitting a form, requesting
verified access, creating or using an account, or registering a
manufacturer or capability profile, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are
authorised to represent that organisation for the relevant enquiry or
submission.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the controlled
access, registration or enquiry functions of the website.
3. Intended and eligible users
The public website may be viewed for general information purposes.
Controlled-access features are intended primarily for:
- government departments and ministries;
- public safety and defence organisations;
- police, gendarmerie, civil protection and emergency services;
- border, maritime and critical infrastructure authorities;
- authorised institutional programme teams;
- manufacturers, integrators and approved professional providers.
Military Drone is not intended as a consumer shopping service, hobby
drone platform or public marketplace.
5. No payments, subscriptions or commissions
Military Drone does not request or process payments through this website.
The website currently does not charge:
- account-access fees;
- subscriptions;
- manufacturer listing fees;
- buyer registration fees;
- commissions;
- success fees;
- transaction fees;
- deposits or reservation payments.
Submission of an access request, manufacturer profile or institutional
enquiry does not create a paid contract with Powerlab SARL.
Any separately requested professional work, if agreed outside the
website, would require a distinct written agreement defining its scope,
responsibilities and conditions. Such work is not created automatically
by using this website.
6. Access requests and accounts
Submission of an access request does not create an account and does not
guarantee approval.
Powerlab SARL may approve, limit, delay, refuse, suspend or withdraw
access at its discretion, particularly where:
- the organisation or role cannot be verified;
- the stated purpose is unclear or inconsistent;
- the requested information is disproportionate to the user’s role;
- legal, regulatory, security or supplier concerns arise;
- false, incomplete or misleading information has been provided;
- these Terms have been breached.
Account holders must keep login details confidential and must not share
access with unauthorised persons.
Users must notify Powerlab SARL promptly if they suspect unauthorised use
of their account or if their organisation, role or authority changes.
7. Government and agency enquiries
Government and institutional users may use the website to request access,
ask about a listed capability or submit a high-level requirement.
Initial enquiries must remain general and non-sensitive. Users must not
submit:
- classified information;
- operational plans or tactical procedures;
- exact deployment locations;
- site vulnerabilities;
- confidential procurement documents;
- end-user certificates;
- export licences;
- restricted technical files;
- personal data that is not necessary for the enquiry.
Powerlab SARL is under no obligation to identify a supplier, provide
access, arrange an introduction or respond within a specific period.
8. Manufacturer and integrator registration
Manufacturers, integrators and relevant professional providers may submit
a high-level company and capability profile for manual review.
By making a submission, the submitting person confirms that:
- they are authorised to represent the relevant organisation;
- the submitted information is accurate and not misleading;
- the organisation has the right to provide the submitted materials;
- the submission contains no classified or restricted information;
- publication does not breach confidentiality or third-party rights;
- any changes affecting accuracy will be communicated promptly.
Registration does not guarantee publication, verified status,
introduction to a buyer or inclusion in any project.
Powerlab SARL may edit a profile for clarity, consistency, localisation,
formatting and public-safety considerations. Material changes to
substantive claims may be referred back to the submitting organisation
for review.
By submitting profile content, the organisation grants Powerlab SARL a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce,
format, translate, transcreate and display that content solely for
operating and presenting the Military Drone platform. Ownership of the
submitted content remains with the relevant rights holder.
A manufacturer may request correction or removal of its profile, subject
to reasonable verification of the request.
9. Controlled introductions
Where Powerlab SARL considers an enquiry and a manufacturer profile
potentially relevant to one another, Military Drone may facilitate an
initial introduction.
An introduction is limited to enabling direct contact between the
relevant parties. It does not constitute:
- an endorsement or certification;
- a recommendation to purchase;
- a representation of either party;
- a guarantee of technical suitability;
- a guarantee of availability or delivery;
- a guarantee of regulatory approval;
- participation in subsequent negotiations.
Each party remains responsible for its own due diligence, technical
assessment, legal review, procurement process, commercial discussions and
contractual decisions.
10. Compliance responsibilities
All users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws,
regulations and internal procedures.
This may include:
- public procurement requirements;
- export, transfer, import and transit controls;
- sanctions and restrictive measures;
- end-user and end-use verification;
- licensing and competent-authority approvals;
- technical-assistance restrictions;
- aviation and operational requirements;
- data protection and information-security rules;
- supplier and intellectual-property restrictions.
Military Drone does not issue licences, approve end users or replace
legal counsel, procurement authorities, export-control specialists or
competent public authorities.
Powerlab SARL may refuse or discontinue any enquiry that appears
inconsistent with applicable law, sanctions, public safety, institutional
integrity or these Terms.
11. Prohibited use
You must not use Military Drone to:
- seek unauthorised access to restricted information;
- impersonate a government, agency, company or official;
- submit false or misleading information;
- circumvent export controls, sanctions or procurement rules;
- solicit unlawful transactions;
- upload malware or interfere with website security;
- scrape, systematically extract or republish protected profiles;

- use website content for unlawful surveillance or harmful activity;
- submit content that infringes confidentiality or third-party rights.
12. Website and third-party content
Public and restricted profiles may contain information supplied by
manufacturers, integrators, public sources or other third parties.
Powerlab SARL may review, structure and moderate this information but does
not guarantee that every statement is complete, current, technically
verified or suitable for a specific project.
A profile, access approval or introduction does not constitute supplier
certification, technical approval, regulatory clearance or confirmation
that a product is available for a particular country or end user.
Users must perform their own technical, legal, commercial and regulatory
assessments before relying on any information or entering into any
commitment.
13. Intellectual property
The structure, design, visual identity, original texts and original
content of Military Drone are owned by, or licensed to, Powerlab SARL.
Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, logos, photographs and
technical materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No website content may be copied, extracted, redistributed, republished or
commercially exploited without prior authorisation from Powerlab SARL or
the relevant rights holder.
14. Privacy and personal data
Personal data submitted through access requests, manufacturer
registrations, enquiries and accounts is processed in accordance with the
Privacy Policy
.
Users must only submit personal data that is necessary, accurate and
lawfully provided.
15. Website availability and suspension
Powerlab SARL may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any part of the
website, profile directory, access system or account functionality
without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
Access may be suspended for security, maintenance, legal, supplier,
regulatory or operational reasons.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Powerlab SARL is not liable
for:
- the accuracy or completeness of third-party information;
- supplier conduct or subsequent communications;
- failed, delayed or discontinued introductions;
- decisions made solely on the basis of website content;
- product availability, performance or suitability;
- failure to obtain licences, approvals or procurement authorisations;
- indirect, consequential or commercial loss arising from website use;
- temporary website or account unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or
limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
17. Changes to these Terms
Powerlab SARL may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website,
access model, legal requirements or operational practices.
The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of
the revised Terms.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and use of Military Drone are governed by Luxembourg law.
Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to these Terms
or use of the website shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent
courts of Luxembourg.
